How booking works across the emirates

You book the same way: a call or a WhatsApp message with the appliance, the problem and your location. For the northern emirates and the east coast, we usually group visits, so we'll give you an honest time window rather than promise something we can't keep.

What helps us arrive prepared

  • The appliance type and model number (from the sticker inside the door or on the back).
  • What it's doing, or any error code on the display.
  • A photo or a short video if the fault is a noise or a leak.
  • Your building name and any parking or access notes, especially for towers with visitor permits.
